Berthen's mackerel fillets in mustard sauce is a Portuguese speciality, where succulent mackerel fillets are combined with a rich, slightly tangy mustard sauce. Mackerel is one of the most nutritious fish - a very rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and selenium.
