Eucalyptus honey from Mariangela Prunotto, Italy, is collected in summer from beehives in the shade of eucalyptus trees. It is a genuine single flower honey. The honey is nicely crystallized and has developed a multifaceted beige color for itself. Its aroma is very distinctive, characteristic and intense. Eucalyptus honey tastes sweet and is reminiscent of milk sugar. Due to its sweetness, eucalyptus honey is ideal as a sweetener for various tea drinks instead of sugar.
