Black cherry jam is made only from natural ingredients, without artificial colouring, flavouring or preservatives. Only pectin from the berries and fruit is used for gelling.
Black cherry jam is a traditional companion to Basque cheeses, but it also goes well with many other cheeses, including salty, longer-aged cheeses.
Cherry 47 % (EU and non-EU), sugars extracted from fruit, cane sugar, white wine, lemon juice concentrate, gelling agent: fruit pectin. May contain cherry stones.
