Finca la Barca is a gourmet brand of the NETASA family business from Extremadura, Spain, known for its smoked olive oils and high-quality Spanish specialties since 1975.
In this can, high-quality cod (65 %) is grilled, giving it a soft smoky flavor, and marinated with garlic and olive oil (33 %). The end result is simple but delicious: succulent, aromatic fish without additives.
Perfect for tapas, salads, pasta or rice, or enjoyed on its own with good bread. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours.
