Le Phare du Cap Bon’s Harissa paste is made like its grandmother at the time. Harissa paste is based on red chili peppers, which are pureed and seasoned with garlic, cumin and salt.
Use as is to season, for example, meats and fish or add to the sauce to bring a kick!
