The miraculous herb blend, a clever drying method, preserves the original taste and smell of the herb blend, in my experience for at least a year.
Before this, I believed that only a certain spice shop in Nice could provide a decent Provence blend. You can get the equivalent in a hall in Hakaniemi. Merci!
