Tuber melanosporum is the most valuable winter truffle.
The truffle season starts around 1.12, so the exact arrival date will only be known once the season has officially started. We will order the truffles so that we will exhaust them around 02.12.2025. The price estimate is around 2000€/kg. The price of the product is calculated at this price per kilo and is about 25g.
A small quantity will also be available in our shop. We recommend pre-ordering. The next order will arrive in week 51.
