Lucien Georgelini's espelettechil spiced tomato sauce brings the sunny landscape of south-west France to your plate. This authentic sauce is made from Marmande tomatoes from local producers, known for their juiciness and naturally sweet flavour.
Espelette chilli gives the sauce a subtle, pleasant heat without masking the fresh flavour of the tomato. Lucien Georgelin has made this sauce without colourings, preservatives or artificial flavours - using only the best ingredients.
