La Maison Godard's foie gras bloc is made from genuine Périgord goose liver and spices. Its texture is smooth and soft. The foie gras bloc is made in the brick shape to which the original French name 'bloc' refers. The bloc is free of additives and is a genuine original foie gras from the south-west of France.
Description
The duck liver bloc from La Maison Godard in France is a guaranteed crownstone for party and meal serving tables. It can be served thinly sliced or as is. As a partner with duck liver, sparkling wine as well as fruits such as fig, pear or grapes are particularly well suited. Pamper your own or your loved ones' taste buds, and choose the duck liver bloc as the center of the serving!
Tip: Put the whole duck liver bloc in its package in the fridge a few hours before serving. Take it out about 15 minutes before serving and slice it with a foie gras slicer or a fine-grained knife with a blade dipped in hot water. Serve the slices with lightly toasted country bread slices.
After opening, the foie gras bloc should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 48 hours.
