This special honey is harvested from chestnut blossoms, which gives it a uniquely strong and aromatic flavour. The colour is darker than ordinary honey and the flavour has tannic notes of chestnut. Ideal with cheeses, for baking or sweetening tea. A small jar lasts a long time, as the flavour is intense.
