Description
Mariangela Prunotto’s premium and aromatic lime blossom honey is collected from the Piedmont region, the Langhe and Roero region, where honey is known as true luxury honey. Honey is collected from mobile nests, which are always moved after the best inflorescences.
Lime blossom honey crystallizes normally and is characterized by a bright, yellowish color. Its floral taste and aroma are very recognizable. Indeed, many associate the long-lasting scent with a “pharmacy-like” scent or fresh nuts.
