The wonderfully fruity and delicious Lucien Georgelin jams are still cooked in a large pot for a long time, as has been done for decades according to the recipes of the manufacturer’s mother. This organic jam with three different citrus fruits is made from carefully selected ingredients, all of which are organically produced. In addition to orange, lemon and grapefruit, apples have been used in the jam, which reduces the amount of sugar needed for the jam. The jam contains up to 56 % fruits. The secret of the delicious recipe is the authentic traditional method of preparation, pure ingredients and natural pectin. No additives or preservatives, dyes or artificial flavors are needed in the jam. Orange-grapefruit-lemon jam is great on top of toast, between croissants or as a filling for desserts and pastries.
