Cosecha Temprana Ecológico Night represents Nobleza del Sur's excellence in oil production. This organic extra virgin olive oil is specially designed for dinners and richer dishes, offering a deeper and more complex taste experience than its daytime sister.
The character of the oil is intense and full-bodied, with ripe fruit, nuts and spices in the aroma. The flavour profile starts with a juicy fruity note, which develops into a significant tartness and ends with a long, pleasant burn. This intensity makes it the perfect partner for meat, dark vegetables and strong cheeses.
Night oil excels especially in grilling and frying, as its strong structure withstands heat treatment without losing its essential properties. It is also an excellent finishing oil for grilled meats, dark green leafy vegetables or brown bread. Organic certification ensures that the product is pure and environmentally friendly. The oil has an excellent shelf life when stored in a cool, dark place.
