Description
The French Pili Pili olive oil from La Maison Alziar is a spicy oil to finish pizzas in particular. Its unique flavor comes from a combination of thyme, bay leaf, rosemary, chili, pepper and sea salt added to a bottle with extra virgin olive oil.
When the oil runs out, the bottle can be filled twice more with new oil, as the herbs and spices will taste for a long time to come.
