Description
Mariangela Prunotto from Italy has farmland and production facilities in the Langhe region of Alba, which is known for its agriculture and vineyards. Mariangela Prunotto has for many years adopted a sustainable organic farming method, which produces high quality vegetables grown without chemical toxins.
The final products are handcrafted from carefully selected vegetables using traditional recipes. After picking, the vegetables and fruit are quickly taken to the processing plant, where they are further processed to preserve all their flavours and texture until the finished product.
