Lucien Georgelin's French paté is made with pork and duck and seasoned with Fin Champagne. It contains only natural ingredients and has a rich and delicious taste.
Description
The story of Lucien Georgelin's meat pies began 40 years ago, when Lucien Georgelin himself made meat pies in winter after making jams in summer.
In our series of regional meat pies, Lucien Georgelin wanted to honour his cycling hobby by doing a tour of France in the form of meat pies. It consists of 8 delicious stages with recipes made in France from local meats and ingredients.
Our Charentais Meat Liqueur with Fine Champagne Cognac is made in the heart of south-west France, in our Virazeil workshops in Lot-et-Garonne. It honours the Fine Champagne appellation, given to the best Cognac concoctions. The name comes from the word ”champagne”, which means the plain where the wines used to make these cognacs are grown.
This delicious meat pâté brings the friendly flavours of the Charente region to your meal, and can be enjoyed as an appetiser or at a picnic.
This homemade-style meat pâté is made without additives, hence the visible fat on the surface.
