Terre et Mer fish speciality shrimp with ginger and coriander 90g

Terre et Mer fish delicacy is a French artisanal product from Maison Marthe. The product is made from high-quality northern prawns seasoned with fresh ginger and coriander.

The product contains 46.54% of shrimp, which makes it particularly rich and gives it a seafood flavour. The prawn pieces are large and tender. The sharp flavour of ginger (2,36%) and the fresh aroma of coriander (1,29%) create a balanced and interesting flavour combination.

Maison Marthe prepares the product in the traditional way using fresh herbs. As the product contains fresh coriander leaves (not stems), the flavour is milder and less bitter. Fish stock further enhances the flavour of the seafood.

Tips for use:

Serve as a spread on fresh baguette bread. Use as a filling in sandwiches or wraps. Enjoy as an appetiser with crackers or crispbread. Add flavour to Asian salads. Also try as a filling for avocado halves. Bring to room temperature before serving. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within two days.

Maison Marthe is an artisan cannery in La Cotinière on the island of Île d'Oléron. The company is located just 100 metres from the port of La Cotinière, which is the largest fishing port in Nouvelle-Aquitaine with around 100 boats and 300 fishermen. Maison Marthe uses fresh herbs and removes the bitter stems, using only the leaves. The company's products have won several medals in prestigious competitions.
