This quality raspberry wine vinegar is matured in oak barrels and its unique, rich aroma is obtained by slow extraction. La Maison Alziair raspberry wine vinegar contains up to 40 % authentic raspberries and has an acid content of 8 %. It is especially suitable for goose and duck liver, bovine liver and ducklings. With raspberry wine vinegar, you also finish many different types of meat dishes.
