It is made from the first olives of the Manaki variety picked in October. The oil is a monovarietal oil, which means that only olives of one variety from the same region are used.
Manaki First Harvest olive oil has a mild and very fruity taste. It is rich in green, grassy aromas. It is at its best when used on its own, for example in salads, with bread or as a finishing touch to a dish without heating.
