Description
Habanera is the flagship of the Salsas Quietud range – made using the same fermentation method as Sosegada, but with the explosive fruitiness of the habanero chili (42 %). Habanero and Seville orange peel are fermented together, followed by the addition of Jerez sherry vinegar and a generous splash of Oloroso sherry.
The end result is an intense yet aromatic sauce: the heat of the habaneros combines with the complex bouquet of sherry wine. Not just fire – also flavor. Suitable for bold chili enthusiasts with meat, fish, soups and tapas dishes.
