Terre et Mer fish delicacy cod with preserved lemons 90g

Terre et Mer fish delicacy is a French artisanal product from Maison Marthe. The product is made from local haddock, seasoned with preserved lemons.

Hake (merluzzo) is a local fish in the port of La Cotinière. Its white flesh has a delicate flavour and flakes easily. The product contains 46% of hake, which guarantees a rich, fishy flavour.

Preserved lemons are a special part of this recipe. Maison Marthe prepares the preserved lemons themselves and chops them before adding them to the product. This adds freshness and brightness, as well as a slight acidity that balances the richness of the fish. Timut pepper adds an exotic, citrusy note.

The product is light, fresh and fruity – ideal as a summer spread or starter.

Serve as a spread on fresh baguette. Enjoy as an appetiser with crackers. Add to Mediterranean salads. Use as a filling in sandwiches or wraps. Also try as an accompaniment to pasta dishes. Allow to come to room temperature before serving. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within two days.
